After an incredible 27 years with Hodsons, Lynne Baker has made the decision to retire. Lynne has been an integral part of the business for nearly three decades, supporting landlords, tenants and colleagues with her trademark calm, experience and dedication. She will be sorely missed by all of us, both professionally and personally.
Lynne’s last day with us will be 19th March, and we sure you will join us in wishing her a very well‑earned and happy retirement. Her contribution to Hodsons has been immense, and we are deeply grateful for everything she has done.
With this change, we are very pleased to share that Danielle Grice has been promoted to Head of Lettings. Danielle has been with us for three years and, although she has a hard act to follow, she has already shown the commitment, professionalism and client‑focused approach that underpin the service we have built over the last 30 years. We have every confidence that she will continue to uphold the standards you expect from us.
As you may be aware, this year is shaping up to be one of the most challenging for the lettings industry, particularly with the introduction of the Renters Rights Act. With Danielle leading the department – and with the continued support of Carol, Jade and Evonne – we are well‑placed to guide you through any changes and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
