Celebrating Lynne’s Retirement After 27 Years at Hodsons

Today marks a significant moment for Hodsons as we say farewell to someone who has been an integral part of our team for nearly three decades. After an incredible 27 years with the company, Lynne is beginning her well‑earned retirement.

During her time with us, Lynne has seen the property industry evolve through new legislation, new systems and ever‑changing demands. Through it all, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, resilience and a positive attitude that has made her so highly valued by colleagues, landlords and tenants alike.

Over the years, Lynne has worked alongside many different team members and has been a trusted friend to them all. She has managed an extraordinary number of properties and supported countless landlords—always with the same commitment to doing the job properly, no matter what challenges came her way.

The amount of good‑luck messages she has received speaks volumes about the respect and affection people have for her. This industry can be demanding, and Lynne has handled every situation with calm determination and a smile. Her ability to simply get on with the job, without fuss or complaint, says everything about her character.

Lynne has been such a constant presence at Hodsons that it’s hard to imagine the office without her. And while we’ll miss her greatly, we’re delighted she’s heading into retirement at a time that feels right for her.
