We are very pleased to announce that we have agreed to acquire the portfolio of Cooper and Cutt Estate Agents Ltd.
Just like ourselves, Cooper and Cutt have been serving the home movers of Wakefield and the surrounding area for over 30 years and whilst we have competed on a professional level over that time, we have always enjoyed a positive working relationship.
Cooper and Cutt was formed by Malcom Cutt and Nigel Cooper in September 1990 and Gary Cutt took over the business in 2012 during that time they built an outstanding reputation for providing independent and specialist advice for landlords and homes sellers alike.
From 1st March all the existing properties that Cooper & Cutt have managed will fall under the Hodsons banner and as part of our agreement Gary Cutt, Carol Cutt, Angela Poulton-Roberts and Ben Jones-Bishop will also join the existing team here at Hodsons.
This acquisition represents a major positive step in our business and we are very much looking forward to welcoming our new colleagues and clients.
