    We are very proud to support the Wakefield Hub of The MCC
    Foundation. Founded in 1993, The MCC Foundation is the charitable arm of
    the Marylebone Cricket Club and aims to transform lives through cricket.

     

    The Foundation runs a
    network of cricket Hubs that provide free-to-access training and match play to 
    3,000 state-educated young
    cricketers
     at 77 sites across the UK including a
    very successful Hub here in Wakefield. The Hubs focus on talent: helping
    promising youngsters who have been engaged through mass participation
    activities or non-traditional formats to join cricket clubs, develop their
    hard-ball skills, and access the formal talent pathways.
